Natural Meditation: Detox and Thrive
at YOGA SAPIEN, LAGUNA BEACH (note new venue)

Afternoon Meditation Group and Q&A
with Lama Christopher

This course will meet certain Sundays during January and February:

(Jan 6 & 20, Feb 10 & 24). You are welcome to join at any time.

The Lamas will introduce natural meditation, a free and easy way of recognizing and resting in the pure nature of mind.

For more information on what to expect, see the FAQ.

This session is a wonderful opportunity to develop understanding and meditation practice in a group setting.

It is appropriate for those new to meditation, as well as those more experienced. It is not necessary to have attended earlier elements of the series. The teachings are offered free of charge, and are open to all.

Donations in honor of the teachings, to contribute to the space and to help meet group expenses such as websites etc, are most welcome and much appreciated.
